Mila point of view almost at the end of the last period

Mila:

I was doing my work when someone drop a note on my book I look to see who has done that and of course it was Garrison I gave him what do you want look and he told me to read it.

Garrison note:

Meet me at land down up town library

Mila:

I gave him a nod and put the note in the bin and then went back to my work.

After I pick up the kids

Little girl:

"What library are we going to?"

Mila:

"It a new one and it has a play ground but first I want you guys do your homework ok and if you need help let me know please."

Kids:

"Ok."

At the library

Mila:

I found him he wave at me and then I told the kids this. "Ok go and do your homework I will be just over there is you guys need me ok."

Kids:

Mila:

"Shh remember we are in the library not in the orphanage ok."

Kids:

"Sorry Mila."

Mila:

"That is ok kids now go.....hello."

Garrison:

"Hi have a seat."

Mila:

"Thanks did you get everything."

"It mean that you have to do that because you have to know what it is am I right?"

"You got the first path right so this is what it means the opportunity or ability to act independently and take decisions without authorization."

"Basketball."

"Ok then if I have to do something like to get the balls ready so I am taking that path and doing it to my best and my hardest to take to make the choice without anyone telling me got it."

"So if I am doing something I do with it without anyone telling me I will do my best and my hardest to do it."

Garrison:

"Sure you do anyways it means relating to moral principles or the branch of knowledge dealing with these."

Garrison:

Mila:

"So when you are playing basketball right you have this way of doing it right so that is the moral principle so you are doing everything in their to do it god it."

Garrison:

"Yep."

Mila:

"So tell me what did you understand from that."

Garrison:

"It means that I am talking what I know and doing it."

"Yep do you want to keep on going."

Garrison:

"Umm it means to do it."

Mila:

"Nope it means includes policies and rules for employees and employers to follow in the workplace."

Mila:

"The policies means a set of ideas or plans that is used as a basis for making decisions."

Garrison:

Mila:

"Are you because I do not feel like you are anyways it means when you are a coach of a basketball team and the plan that you had before it is not going well so what do you do and yes I am asking you this question."

"I keep on making new ideas for a plan."

"Yes so it means a set of plan to help you in basketball or anything else and it is a basic to use your help you when you are making a plan for it."

Mila:

"Good so today we will work on community services and then on Monday we will work on retail service."

Garrison:

"Ok that works for me."

Mila:

"Good now let continue do that is ok with you of course."

Garrison:

"Yep it so good for me."

Mila:

"Good then do you know what is complaints management."

"Yes."

Mila:

"Ok then what is it."

"It is when all of the people what to say bad it is they can complain and we manage it."

Mila:

"Yes now what is the reporting an unethical conduct."

Garrison:

"Because I wanted you to tell me anyways it means when you become aware of another person not adhering to professional ethics and therefore, behaving in a way that puts clients at risk."

"Yes it means making new ideas for that plan."

"Yes now it saying that you have to keep on having ideas to to make sure you do not put your client at risk."
